At the age of 15, Marcus started his journey in the construction industry, working alongside a Master Builder to craft bespoke homes on the Sunshine Coast. Following a spinal injury, Marcus redirected his passion and expertise towards building estimation, working along with some of Queensland’s largest builders.

Marcus has demonstrated his commitment to excellence by completing the RIC's Advanced Course in Quantity Surveying and obtaining a Diploma in Leadership and Management. With experience spanning across Australia, Asia, and the Pacific, Marcus has cultivated a wealth of knowledge that enables him to accurately estimate projects and understand clients' needs, ensuring the delivery of precise and detailed estimates.

Marcus's approach is centred around comprehending each builder's unique needs and customizing estimates to meet their satisfaction. He understands the benefits of value engineering, consistently seeking areas where projects can be simplified to reduce build costs without compromising quality.
